Best Western Thunder Bay Crossroads

Stayed here for 1 night and I would definitely go back. The location is perfect it’s close to the airport and there are many restaurants, stores, gas stations, fast food places etc. close by! The staff were friendly and I loved that they have a security guard on site at night. I definitely felt safe staying here and the rooms were nice and clean and comfortable.

We were just passing through on our way to Edmonton, and though nothing will ever beat the Best Western in Dryden, this is a close second! Everyone was very friendly, the room was clean, and it's within walking distance of some nice fast food places. Since we're moving, we also had a large UHaul and our cat, but they were very accomodating, and eager to take a look at our little guy in his crate as I brought him in. Definitely recommend!

This hotel was amazingly clean, comfortable, and cozy for me and my fur baby. Traveling from east to west coast under very stressful circumstances and I couldn't have been happier at this location. All staffs were genuine, kind, and accommodating. In particular, Myles from front desk made my whole checking in experience one I will always remember. He was very professional, compassionate, and delightful . Thank you for being patient and warm Myles! Breakfast was great with enough variety and the ladies were helpful and nice. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and the hotel shampoo was actually really nice. Close to food and gas. Nice ground level access for unloading. The syrup at breakfast sucks! Even our 5 yrs old wouldn't eat it. Coffee was drinkable. Waffles were really good, bring your own syrup. Lots of food to choose from.

We stayed just 1 night here. My husband called ahead as our drive to the hotel was taking a little longer than expected. They changed our rooms to be on the first floor to accommodate our dogs. They have a really great breakfast in the morning that included hot items. All the staff from front desk to the room cleaners were very nice and kind.

Minutes to airport. No shuttle but transportation options at airport. Rooms are dated but clean. Fridge, microwave and air conditioning in rooms. In room safe. No view. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Hot/cold breakfast served every day until 9:30am. Waffles and eggs plus other options. Hotel is walking distance to all amenities. Restaurants, drug store, vehicle maintenance.

Great experience, fast check in, quiet and clean room, and great breakfast… eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal and love that there is the option to bring to your room. Interesting fact - the breakfast is served on the third floor. The only complaint maybe would be the huge gap under the door towards the hallway but noise level was fine.

We got stuck in Thunder Bay due to the weather. While we waited to see when the highway would open, Tracy allowed us to extend our checkout time with no charge and even called us to give us an update on road conditions! Above and beyond service that really helped in a stressful situation.
